Are DHI BEAUTY products vegan and cruelty free?
All DHI BEAUTY products are 100% vegan, cruelty free, and made with naturally derived ingredients.
Where can I find the full ingredients for each product?
You can find a full list of ingredients for every product on its product page.
Do you offer different shade tanning products?
No, we don't need to! Our tanners are buildable. If you want to achieve a darker tan, just apply more!
Where are DHI BEAUTY tanners made?
We make them in sunny California, USA.
How long will it take for someone to reply to my email?
We are online Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EDT. You can expect a response after 24 - 48 hours.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Afterpay, Klarna, and Paypal are accepted as well.

HOW TO
How many applications will I get from one bottle of DHI BEAUTY Mousse?
On average, you will get 7-9 full body applications per bottle.
How do I apply DHI BEAUTY Bronzing Mousse?
We highly recommend using our silky smooth velvet mitt for a streak free tan.
What can I use on my face?
DHI BEAUTY Tan Mousse is gentle enough for the face too! However, if you want more subtle and gradual results for your beautiful face, we recommend using the Skin Perfecting lotion or Bronze Fusion Gel. If you have super dry skin, Skin Perfecting lotion will give you the relief you need in addition to a beautiful glow.
How long after applying self tan should I shower?
Please wait 5-10 minutes before fully dressing and allow 8 hours before showering for full development. But remember! The longer you leave it on, the darker it will be.
Will the self tan protect me from UV exposure?
No! Always remember to apply SPF on top of your tanned skin to protect yourself from the sun.
How do I remove self tan from my skin?
Don't worry, it will come off your body gradually and naturally.
How long will the self tan last on my skin?
About one week on average. We highly recommend using our Bronzing Mousse with our Tan Extend to prolong the results.
Can I use DHI BEAUTY products on my eczema suffered skin or sensitive skin?
Thanks to our naturally derived ingredients, it can be used on skin affected by eczema, but please do a patch test on the skin before applying on full body.
Is DHI BEAUTY self tan products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
In general, all self tan products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We suggest avoiding the breast area if you are lactating. We strongly recommend consulting with your doctor and doing a spot test to ensure you have no reactions.

ORDER
What happens after I place my order?
Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. Our goal is to ship out your order the next business day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation .
What if my order arrived damaged?
We are very sorry. Please send images of the damaged products to info@dhybeauty.com. Make sure to include your order number. Our team will assist you within 48 hours.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if it hasn't left our warehouse. Please email info@dhybeauty.com with your order number as soon as possible.

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders except the application mitt.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping. Express shipping is also available at an extra cost.
What couriers do we use?
All orders are shipped with UPS and USPS.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Sorry, unfortunately not.
Can I use a P.O Box as my shipping address?
We suggest that your postal address is to a home or business address. Please provide a mobile phone number for the courier.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
We only accept a return, exchange, or refund if our products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be accepted for products that have opened or are returned damaged. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) without the shipping and handling fee ($2.99).
